Sunny Hill provides provincial outreach services to supplement existing community services for children and youth with special needs, their families and community professionals. Sunny Hill also provides specialized outreach services, such as primary therapy services in schools, and Early Intervention services.

Outreach services are based on a co-assessment service delivery model that involves you, your child, your family and your community team. Services are focused on meeting individual needs and on providing education within your local community. Children with a range of equipment needs can be seen through outreach.
