Sunny Hill provides outreach services close to your home to supplement existing services in your community, or to improve access to services when it is difficult for you to travel to Sunny Hill.

Outreach services are based on a co-assessment service delivery model that involves you, your child, your family and your community team. Our goal is to meet your individual needs and to provide education within your local community so that your ongoing needs can be met close to home.
