Parents' and SLPs' Perceptions of a Child's Communication Skills after Use of an iOS/Android Device with a Communication App

This study examines parents' and speech language pathologists' perceptions of children's communication skills after they are provided with an Apple Inc. mobile operating system (iOS) or android-based device with a communication application (App) from Sunny Hill's Assistive Technology Team. A series of telephone surveys gather baseline and follow-up information at six and twelve months following technology provision. Results are currently undergoing analysis.
